Multiple times per week we are contacted by brokers that want to sell Gini’s products, but approximately 99% of them waste our time and resources with:
- Fraud: Inaccurate, unrealistic or fraudulent purchase inquires.
- Failed Transactions: Back-to-back transactions that fail because the brokers deceptively try to use a third-party’s money and lie saying it’s their money; or they lie and spread rumors throughout the market that they own our inventory.
- Price-Gouging: Brokers/resellers that price-gouge end-users when reselling Gini products, which upsets customers who then complain to Gini to resolve the conflicts.
- Pyramid Schemes: Brokers that try to create pyramid schemes based on Gini’s products by adding markups at multiple levels within a long broker chain.
- Among many other deceptive, unscrupulous and customer-unfriendly activities.
As a result, brokers may not use this form to submit purchase inquiries for themselves. If you have a credible end-user or reseller customer that needs Gini’s products, then you must submit the customer’s details on this form and indicate that you represent them in the Additional Notes section of the form.
Non-Circumvention: If you are concerned about your customers circumventing you, don’t be. Gini treats everybody fairly and objectively, including brokers. Good brokers are a valuable asset to any company. It’s the good brokers that become Gini Channel Partners. Thus, we have no desire or incentive to help customers circumvent you. In fact, after you submit this form, you will receive an email receipt, which is your proof that you introduced the customer to Gini in case you ever need to prove it to Gini, your customers or third-party arbitrators in the future.
Email Receipts: Entering the customer’s email address into this form will not automatically trigger an email receipt to the customer as long as you enter your email address in the Channel Partner Email address field. In this case, your email address takes precedence over the customer’s email address. Gini will not communicate with the customer without first coordinating with you, but you must be transparent about who you are representing if you want Gini to accept your customers.
