Yes, in addition to annual independent audits, the foundation is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), which enforce the highest standards of accountability and prudential organizational governance. We are also working with U.S. authorities to obtain an SEC Regulation A+ exemption, which will enable us to offer our Gini cryptocurrency to non-accredited American stakeholders.
